Jim –
Didn’t buy from you, since you’re backordered; but, I found one elsewhere through pure luck. Just back from the range doing load development for a new caliber.
First, I need to say that I have used both the Magnetospeed and the LabRadar extensively. In a nutshell, they are about to be out of business…
This radar is light, compact, and simple to use. I got no false triggers in 50 shots – it saved velocities for 10 5-shot strings flawlessly. Setup took 15 seconds, then I ignored it except to start a new series of shots. You get velocity, average for string, and deviation from average. Shots can be edited out if needed (I didn’t need), and it works great on a busy range WITH a suppressor. There is an app, but it wants your contact list, so not using that. I’m selling my other chronos before the rest of the world finds out.
Oh, no case included but there are already aftermarket ones out there (Nedved and others).
In summary, OMG!
